Buljanim,
Thank you for your note. Look at jealousy as it appears in your mind, and ask, 'Where does this come from?' I call this the 'applied question', something that comes from our Great Question, 'What Is This?'
Originally, the Great Questions was directed to its source with the purpose of awakening to our true nature. The applied question is directed at a certain karma, should that be a thought, a feeling or any kind of sensation or from of consciousness.
If you keep the question, the karma reveals its cause and effect relationship: where it comes from, what it is that keeps it alive and how you can take it away.
It is important that you keep your mind clear like space, clear like a mirror: do not WANT the answer(s), let it appear by itself. How do you know that it is there? It will not change or move anymore: both the answer and your mind remain unmoving and at peace.
Then you can use your insight to change your karma and help all beings.
